Delivery

Huddleson offers free shipping for US orders. We will ship items within 2 business days of the order being placed. We try to ensure information on the website is accurate at all times. However, if any of the items you order are out of stock we will contact you, and you may at that time request a refund for the out of stock items or have them placed on backorder. Please note many of the hemstitched items are made to order and therefore may have a production time of approximately one week.

We offer premium Second Day and Overnight shipping. These items will ship same day for orders placed before 11am (Pacific time zone) and next day for orders placed after 11am. Please select these options during checkout - and include any information you would like us to know in the notes section of checkout.

We ship globally - proceed as normal through checkout. International shipping in $40 flat rate, apart from Canada which is $20 flat rate.

Returns

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Huddleson. If the product you've ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it, at your expense, using a trackable carrier within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. We will give a full refund immediately when we receive the item so long as it is in as-new sellable condition and has not been used or laundered (Federal law prohibits resale of used textiles). We cannot accept returns of custom items unless the merchandise is defective.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied when your Huddleson order is shipped to an address in California. Orders shipping to all other states in the USA are tax exempt.
